Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Program Overview
This Affiliate Program allows approved individuals or entities (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by promoting Alpino using assigned affiliate coupon codes. Affiliates must use only the unique coupon code provided by Alpino for promotional purposes. The program is managed via the GoAffPro platform on Shopify.
2. Enrollment and Eligibility
To join the program, applicants must submit a complete and accurate application. Alpino reserves the sole discretion to approve, reject, or remove affiliates at any time without explanation.
3. Coupon Code Usage Policy
Affiliates must only share their coupon codes in content that is original and created by them. Posting coupon codes on public deal websites, coupon aggregators, browser extensions, or forums is strictly prohibited. Affiliates are also prohibited from using SEO techniques or paid advertisements (e.g., Google Ads) targeting keywords that include 'Alpino', 'Alpino coupon', or similar terms to capture commissions from customers already acquired through Alpino’s own paid or organic efforts (including Meta Ads, Google Ads, influencer campaigns, or brand search).
4. Content Guidelines
Affiliates may publicly share coupon codes only when embedded in original promotional content created by them, such as YouTube videos, Instagram reels, or similar media. Content must not be copied, modified, or repurposed from other influencers, creators, or brand-originated content. Generic reposting or reuse of viral materials is grounds for removal.
5. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 10% commission on qualifying purchases made using their unique coupon code. Commissions are calculated only for completed orders that are not returned or cancelled. If misuse or violation of the program is suspected, Alpino reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or deny commissions at its sole discretion.
6. Order Attribution and Abuse Prevention
Any affiliate found using misleading attribution techniques, impersonation, or coupon code abuse (e.g., publishing in searchable public repositories or injecting codes via plugins) will be disqualified from receiving commissions. Alpino reserves the right to monitor, investigate, and take action against any suspicious behavior.
7. Enforcement and Termination
Alpino reserves the right to withhold or revoke commissions, alter the commission rate, change the discount value, or terminate affiliate accounts without prior notice. Affiliates agree that Alpino is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from such actions. Alpino is under no obligation to provide justification, reasoning, or evidence for such decisions.
8. Inactive Accounts
Affiliate accounts with no activity for a period of three (3) months may be disabled. Any unclaimed commissions associated with such accounts may be forfeited.
9. Legal Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and advertising standards in their jurisdiction. All activities must also comply with the terms set by the GoAffPro platform. If an affiliate is found to be making misleading claims about Alpino products that violate any government regulations or compliance standards, Alpino shall not be held liable for such violations. The affiliate assumes full responsibility for any legal or regulatory consequences arising from their promotions.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and advertising standards in their jurisdiction. All activities must also comply with the terms set by the GoAffPro platform.
10. Relationship of Parties
Affiliates operate as independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.
11. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
All branding, trademarks, and proprietary information provided to affiliates remain the exclusive property of Alpino. Affiliates must keep confidential any non-public information shared through the program.
12. Modifications to Terms
Alpino may update these terms at any time without notice. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from registering domain names, page titles, usernames, or metadata that include the Alpino brand name, trademarks, or any confusingly similar terms intended to hijack or impersonate Alpino.
Affiliates may not make any health, nutrition, or product performance claims unless they are explicitly provided by Alpino’s official marketing materials. Misrepresentation of product benefits is a violation of this agreement and subject to immediate termination.
Alpino reserves the right to audit or monitor affiliate content, promotions, and traffic sources at any time to ensure compliance.
Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis. The minimum commission threshold for payout is ₹500. Commissions will only be paid on orders that are finalized and not returned, refunded, or disputed within a standard holding period of 30 days. Fraudulent or suspicious activity may lead to payment delay or cancellation.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Gujarat, Republic of India. Any legal disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the courts located in Surat, Gujarat. Affiliates agree to waive any rights to class action lawsuits or arbitration outside of this jurisdiction.
