Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Program Description and Participation
  • This program allows approved individuals or entities ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by advertising assigned coupon and directing users to the partner site.
  • Affiliates must have a unique affiliate coupon code provided by Alpino.
  1. Enrollment and Eligibility
  • To enroll, submit a complete and accurate application.
  • Alpino reserves the right to approve or disapprove affiliates at its discretion.
  1. Commission Structure
  • Affiliates earn a 10% commission on orders made only using their unique affiliate coupon code.
  • Commissions are only calculated on orders where the affiliate's coupon code is applied.
  1. Coupon Code Usage
  • Affiliates must not use generic coupon codes not assigned to them.
  • Alpino may alter affiliate coupon codes without notification in case of misuse.
  1. Order Processing and Advertising Fees
  • Alpino will process orders and track qualifying purchases for commissions.
  • Alpino can reject commission on disqualifying purchases.
  1. Account Activity
  • Inactive accounts over three months may be disabled, resulting in the loss of unclaimed commissions.
  1. Links and Content on Affiliate Social Media
  • Affiliates may display Special Links on their social media.
  • Affiliates are responsible for their site's content and compliance with legal and program requirements.
  1. Modifications and Program Changes
  • Alpino reserves the right to modify these terms and the affiliate program without prior notice.
  • Continued participation following modifications implies acceptance of changes.
  1. Termination
  • Alpino may terminate an affiliate's participation at any time for any reason.
  • Upon termination, all licenses related to the program will terminate, and affiliates must cease using all program-related materials.
  1. Legal and Compliance
  • Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • The program will be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
  1. Disputes
  • Any disputes will be resolved at Alpino's sole discretion.
  1. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
  • Alpino is not liable for indirect damages related to the program.
  • The program and related offerings are provided "as is" without warranties.
  1. Relationship of Parties
  • Affiliates are independent contractors and will not represent themselves otherwise.
  1. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
  • Affiliates must keep program information confidential and respect intellectual property rights.
  1. Miscellaneous
  • Alpino may solicit customer referrals independently.
  • Modifications to these terms will be communicated and effective as stated.

By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to abide by these combined terms and conditions, and Alpino reserves the right to take appropriate action for any violation of these terms.
